Guests may purchase a daily parking permit online through the UNT Transportation Services Parking Portal or in person at the Transportation Services Office located in the Highland Street Garage.
License plate information needs to be accurately input on the parking portal.
Daily permits are valid only in the parking areas listed on the permit
Not valid in visitor or hourly paid lots.

Highland Street Garage
Many surface lots and garages use Premium Parking for payment:
Pay using the Premium Parking app, QR code, or phone number posted on parking signs.
Payment is required for the entire time your vehicle is parked.
Vehicles parked without valid payment may receive a citation.

Event parking is typically available for campus events, including athletics, meetings, or large exhibitions from event organizers.
Event permits must be clearly visible on the dashboard or rearview mirror.

Event organizers are responsible for sharing parking instructions with attendees. Additional event parking information is available through UNT Transportation Services.
Parking is enforced 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unless the university is officially closed.
Parking availability is not guaranteed, even with a valid permit or paid session.
All vehicles must park within marked spaces and follow posted signs.
Speed limits on campus:
Parking citations must be paid within 15 days to avoid late fees.
Unpaid citations may be sent to collections.
Certain violations (fire lanes, ADA spaces, no parking zones, and non-payment) are not eligible for appeal.
