Thank you for your interest in UNT Resident permits. Lot totals are no longer being updated.

Your UNT student parking portal account should give you options on any permits that are still available.

Please keep in mind that once all Resident Reserved, Resident and Highland Street Garage permits are sold, the only option remaining for resident students is to purchase Remote parking permits. From the Remote parking lot, near Victory Hall, students can ride the Parking Express (PE A or B), the Eagle Point (EP), the Mean Green Night Rider (MGNR) or the Mean Green Plus (on weekends, MGP) buses to campus. During First Flight Week, only the Eagle Point and Mean Green Night Rider buses will operate. Fall 2024 bus schedule can be found by clicking here.

Night Flight, formerly E-Ride, operates every day from 7 pm to 2 am in locations where the bus does not run and takes you between two points on campus. Please have your student ID with you. Call 940-565-3014 for a Night Flight ride and find more information about our late night rider services by clicking here.

Archived information on resident parking for 2024-25

The following data is for informational purposes only. This page is updated twice a day only so it does not include live totals all day long.

This page will remain updated until all parking lots are sold out or move-in weekend (Aug. 9, 2024), whichever comes first. The intended use it to help those purchasing Resident Reserved (RR), Resident (R) or Highland Street Garage Resident (HSR) permits make informed decisions on when to purchase and space availability.

You can find a guide to student parking permits and lots on the News page of our site. Our parking map is linked on our homepage; please note that the 2023-24 map is still linked although changes have been made to lots in the upcoming academic year. If you see a lot listed below that is listed as a commuter (Eagle) lot on the 2023-24 map, please know that the information on this page is correct. We will post the 2024-25 map in August or as soon as we have it available.

If you have any questions related to charts below or parking on campus, please contact our office at 940-565-3020 between 8 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday.
